Angel Lebak
Entrepreneur, OwnerAngel started Assistant Angel in 2009 while she and her family lived in Raleigh, NC. The name of the company was changed to Marketing Angel in 2019.
Marketing in the Trenches. Marketing Angel began as a virtual assistant company (Assistant Angel) serving very small and start-up businesses increasing marketing needs. Since the early days, social media has been constantly changing and evolving – our business has evolved too. Angel also began the Virtual Assistant Training Network where she trained Virtual Assistants. VATN has now turned into a training division for Marketing Angel focusing on Small Business admin and marketing team training.
Marketing Angel has grown and changed with the additional social media platforms, as well as increasing services for small businesses to include SEO, Ads, Blogging, Reputation Management, Video Editing, Website backup, Strategy, Coaching, and more. Now Marketing Angel is a full social media and online marketing company serving clients around the world.

Angel’s Family and Passion. Angel has been married to her husband for over 28 years, has two twenty-something humans, and a rescue dog that she absolutely adores. When not serving clients, Angel and her family serve the local community through church ministry, support, and local organizations Angel is passionate about. Angel loves coffee and is also a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles football fan and all Philadelphia area teams.
Jodi
Client Care Ninja - Social Media ManagerJodi is our lead Project Manager as the point of contact for Marketing Angel monthly clients. Jodi also incredibly handles our clients’ social media management.
Jodi has the unique ability to take the marketing plans and implement them for the client on their specific social media platforms. This is a challenging job with many moving parts that Jodi handles efficiently and quickly. When not working, Jodi and her family enjoy serving the local community youth and enjoy travel.
Rachel
VIDEO EDITOR / PODCAST EDITOR
Rachel helps ensure the marketing client’s video editing and podcast needs are prepared in a timely manner. Rachel has the gift of administration, a love of tv and video production, and a passion for details. When not at work, Rachel loves spending time with her boyfriend and friends, watching movies, and seeing the latest antics of her super spoiled rescued cat.
Colleen Gray
Google AdWords ExpertColleen Gray is our in-house Ads Expert. Colleen helps Marketing Angel clients with the ever-changing world of advertising online. Colleen’s specialty is Google AdWords, Bing Ads, YouTube ads and more. Colleen partners with the Marketing Angel SEO research for competitive analysis of keywords, placement targeting, demographics and more. Colleen has extensive experience with social media marketing also. It was a seamless fit for Colleen to serve Marketing Angel clients. Colleen serves other clients at Boomerang Social. In her spare time, she enjoys golf and spending time with her granddog, Jax.
Subcontractor Ninjas
Often the Marketing Angel team hires subcontractors to help us with various tasks: Video Editing, Blog Writing, Additional Report Analysis, etc.
