Interruptions – Hey friends, it’s Angel with another episode of Finish Strong Friday, and this one’s personal.
This week didn’t go as planned.
I had a full calendar: client calls, back-to-back meetings, and a trip to Seattle that had been on the books for 18 months.
And then—interruption.
COVID.
Interruptions
Plans stopped. Meetings shifted. Travel canceled.
The people I was so excited to see had to wait. My health had to come first.
But you know what didn’t stop?
The systems.
The team.
The mission.
Thanks to the structures we’ve built—SOPs, documented workflows, and a seriously incredible team (shoutout to Jodi, Jenna, Lee, Ria, and Jen)—everything kept running.
Clients were served.
Projects moved forward.
I got rest.
And we were prepared.

Sometimes the interruption is exactly the moment we’re supposed to notice something.
